A cancellation or rebook request is required at least 24 hours before the time of the service. Any cancellations or rebooking with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service. The card you booked with will automatically be charged that 50% fee at the time of your originally scheduled service. This fee will not be transferred to any future services.
