A cancellation or rebook request is required at least 24 hours before the time of the service. Any color service cancellations or rebooking with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of $50, and with less than a 12 hour notice the fee is $75. Haircut appointment cancellations are subject to a fee of $20 if within a 24 hour notice and $30 if with a 12 hour notice.
